Service Description

correctbankfile.com provides tools and an API for validating OFX, QFX, and QBO files. Results are informational and intended to help you understand import readiness.

Usage Requirements

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or high-risk processing.
• Respect published rate limits and upload-size limits.
• Do not attempt to probe, bypass, or overload security controls.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without written permission.

Availability & Changes

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve, and access may be suspended for maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.

Ownership

You retain ownership of files and data you submit. Validation output is generated programmatically and provided under these terms.

correctbankfile.com is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a third-party accounting product will import a given file.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, correctbankfile.com and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
